Each year, the Your Community Foundation proudly supports local 501(c)(3) public charities, schools, government entities, and religious organizations through our annual competitive grant cycle.

We welcome proposals that aim to enhance the quality of life for residents in Allen County. Priority is given to projects that demonstrate sustainability and long-term impact. We also strongly encourage collaborative efforts that bring organizations together to solve community challenges.

We share our annual grant recipients on our Facebook page, in our newsletter, and on our blog. Occasionally, we award grants outside the regular grant cycle to respond to urgent or unique opportunities.

• 2025: YCF Awards More Than $24,000 in 2025 Community Grants
• 2024: Foundation Gives $15,000 to Support Causes in Allen County!
• 2023: YCF Awards 7 grants in Allen County for a total of $15,000!
• 2022: YCF Awards 6 Grants for a Total of $13,390
• 2021: YCF Gives $13,500 for 6 Projects Benefiting Allen County
• 2020: Your Community Foundation distributes $13,000 in local grants
• 2019: YCF gives 7 grants to Allen Nonprofits for a total of $11,500
• 2018: YCF Distributes 2018 Grants to Local Organizations
• 2016: YCF Gives $3,150 in Grants to Local Organizations
• 2015: ACCF Awards 5 Grants for a Total of $4,600
• 2013: ACCF Awards 2 grants for a Total of $1,500
