• Administrative Services: We handle all paperwork related to your fund, including fund statements, distributions, tax receipts for donors, and record-keeping.

• Compliance: As a component fund of the Community Foundation, your fund is included in our annual audit and IRS Form 990.

• Investment Management: Your fund is part of a diversified and professionally managed investment portfolio. 

• Focus on Philanthropy: Our sole focus is on philanthropy, and ensuring the stability of your organization is central to our mission.

• Contribution Flexibility: Donors can contribute to your fund at any time or designate a bequest to support your organization. The Community Foundation can also facilitate complex planned gifts, including gifts of appreciated stock or real estate.

Endowed: Permanent at the foundation, up to 5% of the interest can be made available for distribution to the organization per year.

Expendable: Temporary at the foundation, all interest and principal can be made available for distribution to the organization per year.
