We are seeking a dedicated and passionate part-time Director to lead and manage the operations of Your Community Foundation based in Iola, Kansas and serving Allen and surrounding counties.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of community development, nonprofit management, and a commitment to making a positive impact in our region. This person will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to support and enhance the well-being of our community through strategic philanthropy.

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. Some evening and weekend work may be required to attend community events and meetings.

The position is based in Iola, Kansas, with occasional travel within the region for meetings and events.
Compensation:
Competitive part-time salary commensurate with experience.
